Community Advisory Board
A community advisory board (CAB) is an active and diverse group of individuals that represents the local population or community. CAB members are an integral part of any investigative team, as they provide a local perspective for any research plan or intervention.
The Center for Community Health CAB represents the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Memebership consists of a balance of community members (individuals with recognized knowledge of the communities in which they live and socialize) and local/regional members (individuals who work at the local or regional level with multiple communities representing a larger organization). Below is a list of the Center for Community Health CAB members and their affiliations. New members may be added to the CAB at any time.
